今天，加拿大以及世界各地的社区，包括波斯人、阿富汗人、库尔德人、祆教（拜火教）信徒、巴哈伊教徒、阿塞拜疆人、中亚人和伊斯玛仪派社区的成员，正在庆祝诺鲁孜节。
诺鲁孜意为“新的一天”，标志着波斯历的新年以及春天的第一天。

Har Ruz etan Nowrouz, Nowruz etan Pyrouz.
Today, communities in Canada and around the world, including members of the Persian, Afghan, Kurdish, Zoroastrian, Bahá’í, Azerbaijani, Central Asian, and Ismaili communities are celebrating Nowruz.
Nowruz, meaning “new day,” marks the New Year in the Persian calendar and the first day of spring.
This year’s Nowruz may come at a difficult time for some members of these communities—I hope the traditional meals around the Haft-seen table, dancing, and music brings you comfort.
